    You need to provide only 2 documents for quick verification.

    2) PROOF OF ADDRESS:
    - Bank Statements
    - Utility Bills
    - Internet/Cable TV/House phone line bills
    - Government-issued certifications of residence

    Please note that the document confirming your address of residence must match the address specified in your profile!

    During the verification process, this document can be provided in the native language with translation into English/Spanish/French/German.

    The original document and its translation must be in one PDF file.

  • How can I reload my wallet and my card Platinum?
    Reload your wallet and Platinum Visa any way you want:

    1) Any existing Platinum user can make an instant transfer from their wallet to your Platinum wallet .
    2) You can reload your Platinum wallet from any other payment card in your personal account.
    3) Any existing Platinum user can make an instant transfer from their wallet to your Platinum card.
    4) Any existing Platinum user can make an instant transfer from their card to your Platinum card.
    5) You can make internal transfers between your Platinum cards.

  • How can I set or change the card PIN?
    You can set or change the PIN-code of the card yourself in your personal account in the "My cards" section. It's very fast and convenient!
  • Can I overdraft my card?

    Platinum Visa card is a prepaid card, which means you can only spend the funds that you have loaded on the card and cannot overdraft.

  • How can I temporarily block my card?

    You can block and then unblock your card yourself in your personal account in the "My cards" section. It's very fast and convenient!

  • What should I do if I find an unauthorized card transaction?
    If you find an unauthorized card transaction, then:

    1) please check the availability of your card. If you have lost your card, then you need to block it in your personal account in the "My cards" section.

    2) if your card is available and you want to investigate an unauthorized transaction, then send your request to us by email: support@theplatinum.co.
